Mrs. Elizabeth Jackson is from Longview, TX and lives in El Paso, TX. She is a Junior at UTEP, and plans on graduating with her Bachelor's degree in 2 years from UT Tyler. She also is married to Michael and has three beautiful children. Elizabeth aslo teaches Zumba at Brown Middle School.
